At A Secure Future Academy (ASFA), our mission is to provide our staff and families with the opportunity to be in a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment. Our environment fosters growth, stability, and the basic fundamentals for a great educational foundation. ASFA provides staff and children with the tools to become a holistic person. Blue Print and Creative Curriculums

The Blueprint curriculum most frequently refers to Blueprint for Early Learning, a research-based, Pre-K curriculum developed by the Children's Literacy Initiative (CLI). Operating extensively in local Philadelphia early childhood centers, it provides educators with daily lesson plans and professional coaching to strengthen children's language, reading, and writing skills CChildrensive Curriculum for Preschool is a widely used, research-based early childhood framework designed to nurture kindergarten readiness in 3- to 5-year-olds. It fosters whole-child development through play-based, project-based investigations that encourage natural curiosity and critical thinking.

Early Literacy Program

Focuses on the 5 Pillars: building phonemic awareness, vocabulary, and comprehension through daily reading, writing, talking, singing, and playing in interactive, language-rich environments.

Credentialed and Experienced Staff

Our staff comprises of highly qualified early childhood education professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and credentials. Team members hold Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials, Associate of Arts (AA) degrees, Bachelor's (BA) degrees, and Doctorate (Ph.D.) degrees in education and related fields. With this range of expertise, children receive high-quality care, instruction, and support from educators who are dedicated to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth.

Fun and Engaging Family Activities

At a Secure Future Academy, we host many opportunities for fun family engagement opportunities. Some events will include: A Costume Harvest Party - an Overnight Pajama Slumber Party Chef Day - where parents and children worked alongside real chefs to create healthy and vegan meals Parents Growing Together - a series of workshops held to support parents in parenting their children more efficiently, even with challenging behaviors Field Trips - parents attend and/or plan where we go to explore the world ( Zoo, Crayola Factory, Jump to It) Celebration Day - yearly, we host a graduation and an appreciation service to all our families. Fun, Games, Entertainment

Sesame Streets In Communities

An online platform used to help children and caregivers cope with life and possible traumatic experiences - homelessness, incarceration, blended families, divorce, and communication.
